Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) have advanced training and education, including a master’s degree, which allows them to assess and create individualized treatment plans for your child. Our Communication Disorders Assistants (CDAs) also provide important therapy support and have long and strong clinical experience. They work under the supervision of an SLP and follow the plans created by the SLP. Because CDAs have less responsibility, their rates are lower. Both SLPs and CDAs work together to give your child the best care possible.
