We are able to keep our fees low and affordable. The latest hourly rate recommendation from the Speech & Audiology Canada (SAC) is $231 Per Hour for 2025. Our 2025 hourly rate is $165. We also offer shorter sessions and discounts for intensive therapy program (multiple sessions per week). Our services are covered by most insurance plans. If you are experiencing financial hardship, we will help designing a treatment plan based on your budget.
Informal Assessment includes observation, informal testing, discussion with the client/caregiver about the results and therapy goals, and documentation after the session. Please be aware that many assessment sessions may take more than one hour. As a result, the fees will be higher (i.e. 90 minutes or 2 hours.)
Any written report costs differently depends on the time that we consume for writing a report. However, if a Summary/Note (1 page) is requested with the assessment, total fees will be $250 fixed no matter how long it takes to write it. "60 minutes assessment + note/summary)
The Report includes more details which usually takes 1-3 hours to complete. (Only Upon Request)
